When picking an ordered item, there may be things that cause the process to not be completed. No wonder, the status of the order becomes Gagal Pengambilan.
Some of these things can cause such troubles:
- You want to change the picked goods.
- There is not enough stock to fulfill the order.
- The customer cancels the order.
If you’re in that situation, there’s no need to be confused. Now you can re-putaway those items Rak Temporer or temporary rack or to the original rack automatically.
The following is the flow of putting away the canceled goods back in each designated rack.
In the Warehouse feature, there are additional optional settings. These settings can be customized according to what you need later during the re-putaway process.
The settings here are the settings to enable some toggles, namely:
- Gunakan proses Reputaway
- Go to Pengaturan menu -> Pemrosesan Pesanan -> Pengaturan.
- By default, Gunakan proses Reputaway toggle is inactive. So, for you who do not want to use the re-putaway process by storing goods on a temporary rack but return to the original rack, there is no need to activate this toggle and for the re-putaway process see III. Automatic Items Reputaway to Original Rack.
- However, for you who want to carry out the re-putaway process by storing goods on the temporary rack, they need to activate the toggle Gunakan proses Reputaway -> Simpan.
After you enable the Gunakan proses Reputaway toggle, the re-putaway process will occur as below.

- Go to Gudang menu > Pemrosesan Pesanan submenu > Dalam Proses tab, then hit the Set Selesai button.

- If the order has been picked up, then you want to delete the picklist, select the order in the Pemrosesan Pesanan submenu-> pengambilan tab-> selesai tab -> click Hapus.

- Click Ya on confirmation.

- Type in the reason for deletion, then click Hapus

- Automatically, picked goods from orders that have been deleted during fulfillment process will be placed on temporary racks. So, Jubelio will automatically make an internal transfer to the temporary rack. Find out more about the temporary rack by clicking here.
- You can check the transfer process in the Pemeliharaan Stok submenu -> Internal Transfer > Sudah Selesai tab

- Goods that stored in temporary racks can’t be used to fulfill incoming orders. You need to putaway the goods back into the original racks before using the goods for order fulfillment.

Notes
- Issued invoices for the cancelled goods will be deleted.
- Even though there is less physical stock to fulfill orders, Businesses can still process orders at Jubelio. If in this condition you want to submit a sampling, then the maximum amount of stock for the re-putaway process is according to the stock on hand during the retrieval process (a re-putaway stock quantity will appear as in the image below).
However, if you do not activate the Gunakan proses Reputaway toggle, the order will not go to the temporary rack. Orders that fail to pick up will be back to the original rack. Here is the automatic re-putaway process to the original rack.
- Go to Gudang menu > Pemrosesan Pesanan submenu > Dalam Proses tab, then hit the Set Selesai.
- In the inventory chronology, the number of items will reduce because they have been picked up.
- If the order has been picked up, then you want to delete the picklist, select the order in the Pemrosesan Pesanan submenu-> pengambilan tab-> selesai tab -> click Hapus.
- Click Ya on confirmation.
- Type in the reason for deletion, then click Hapus.
- Automatically, picked goods from orders that have been deleted during the fulfillment process will be placed on original racks.
- In the inventory chronology, the number of items will increase after being placed back on the original rack.

- Issued invoices for the canceled goods will be deleted.
