Sometimes business people are faced with obstacles that cause the integration between sales channels and Jubelio to be interrupted. This can be caused by conditions such as:
- Change of sales channel account information (change of password, name, etc.).
- Constraints from the server.
For this reason, business people need to integrate/re-authorize their sales channel accounts. The steps in re-authorizing Jubelio integration with JD ID are as follows:
- Go to the Integrasi menu -> Pengaturan sub menu -> select the JD account you want to re-authorize.
- Click Otorisasi Ulang.
- If you don’t have your own App Key and App Secret , Jubelio recommends that you create one through the JD ID Open Platform (JOS). How to get the App Key and App Secret can be seen here .
- Once you have the App Key and App Secret , you can re-authorize JD.ID. checking Custom AppKey-> enter your App Key and App Secret -> click Re-authorize Open Platform JD.
- The Jubelio re-authorization process with JD ID has been completed .
