Orders sourced from the marketplace, can be processed with three approach, you can choose one of them. That is:
- Buat Jadi Selesai (Mark as Completed)
- Cetak Picklist (Using Picklist)
- Cetak Label Pengiriman (Using Shipping Label)
The following is a further explanation of each order process flow.
Order Fulfillment Flows
The steps for processing with MARK AS COMPLETE flow are as follows:
- Open the Siap Proses TAB, then sort the orders you want MARK AS COMPLETE, by channel source, courier service, order number, customer, location, or shop.
- Select the order that you want to be MARK AS COMPLETE, by checking the box to the left of the ORDER NUMBER column.
- When the order has been selected, you can click the Buat Jadi Selesai button . Click Ya when there is a confirmation pop up .
- Orders that have been Mark As Complete will move from the Siap Proses TAB to the Selesai TAB. Invoice will be issued, and the stock of the ordered product in on order status are reduced.
- A list of orders originating from any channel except POS, and already paid for will appear in the Siap Proses tab. You can follow the tutorial below to process the orders using the picklist procedure.
- After opening the Siap Proses tab, you can sort orders by channel source, courier service, order number, customer, location, or store.
- Mark sorted orders by checking the box next to the Nomor Pesanan column.
- After selected, click the Proses button.
- After that, you will see a new tab containing information on the picking list of the orders.Click Cetak button and then select Cetak Pengambilan Barang in that tab.
Jubelio will direct you to the Picklist page by opening a new tab in the browser.*
- The printed picklist will be a reference for the picker when picking up the ordered products. Once the picking process is done, return to Jubelio, click the Penuhi Stok button, then Simpan and close the page. *
- The order will move to the Siap Kirim tab. Then select the order you want to ship and click Ambil Resi. After that, click on Cetak, then choose Cetak Faktur & Label Pengiriman. After that, Jubelio will open two new tabs containing invoices and shipping labels in the browser. *
- Then the order will move to the tab Sudah Dikirim. You just have to wait for the status to change automatically following the updates from the marketplace.
Notes
Orders originating from Tokopedia, Lazada, and Tiktok already have airway bills when received in Jubelio.
So, on the Siap Kirim tab, you will immediately see the airway bill for each order.
However, you still need to click the Ambil Resi button to request pick-up from the couriers.
If not done, the courier wouldn’t pick up the ordered goods from you; thus, the shipment won’t occur.
- Orders that are sourced from the marketplace and have been paid for will enter the Siap Proses tab.
- After opening the Siap Proses tab, you can sort orders by channel source, courier service, order number, customer, location, or store.
- Then select the order you want to process by checking the box to the left of the Nomor Pesanan column. Next, click the PROSES button.
- When a new window opens, you write down the picklist number. Click Penuhi Stok then Simpan and close the window.
- In the Siap Kirim tab, enter the previously noted picklist number in the search bar. Then mark all orders then, click Ambil Resi
- After that click Cetak then choose Cetak Label Pengiriman & Faktur
- After that, orders that have been processed earlier will move to the Sudah Kirim tab.
- Orders will automatically move to the Selesai TAB following the status of the relevant marketplace .
Notes
- If a new browser tab containing invoices and shipping labels does not appear, you must turn off the pop-up blocker in the browser.
- Orders that are not received by destination will be moved into the Dikembalikan TAB.
- In step 7 of the Picklist procedure, it is better for you to check the product with the Jubelio after picking up the goods. You can enter the amount manually or by scanning so that the products processed are following the order.
- In step 7 of the Picklist procedure, it is recommended that you record the picklist number when picking up goods. This is to make it easier when processing orders on the Siap KIRIM tab
- In step 10 of the Picklist procedure, click Ambil Resi when until all order airway bills are issued. If there are not, click the Coba Lagi button until all airway bill issued.
- In the Shipping Label procedure, after clicking the Ambil Resi button and shipping the order, don’t forget to click the Penuhi Stok and Simpan button, so that the order moves to the SENT TAB. You have to wait for the status change from the relevant marketplace automatically.
- When you click the Ambil Resi button in the PRINT LABEL procedure, you will immediately request a pick-up order for the expedition. So, the goods will be sent first, but the order process at Jubelio has not been completed. This method is not recommended if the stock and goods have not been prepared.
- During Shipping Label flow, the No. Resi column will be automatically filled. However, even though it has been filled, you still needs to carry out the Ambil Resi process to request a pick-up order for the expedition.
