Hello Pebisnis!
Before integrating the marketplace with Jubelio, there are things you need to pay attention to and do first!
If you’ve used other enablers, and are still connected to your marketplace, Jubelio recommends that you remove those integrations first.
The reason is, if the integration of other enablers has not been deleted, then Jubelio is also connected, there will be a data conflict in the marketplace.
Marketplace can’t read which stock is correct. This is because the e-commerce gets inventory data and products sold from two sources, namely Jubelio and other enablers.
The problem gets more significant if the stock in other enablers is empty, then the marketplace takes that data to display on your product page. So, your store in the will show an empty stock of goods to potential buyers. Thus, the goods will not be sold, even though the available supply is still sufficient.
In conclusion, product and stock data displayed in the marketplace is not accurate according to actual data. As a result, sales are also at risk of being disrupted.
To avoid this, you must break the integration between the marketplace and other enabler systems. The following are the steps for terminating integration with other enablers from each marketplace:
- Enter the Shopee seller center Then click the Platform Partner menu on the left

- Click Unlink on enablers other than Jubelio
