If your customer wants to make a sales return on goods that have been purchased through Jubelio POS, you can do so directly at the cash register. So, sales transactions that have been made can be returned.
The calculation here is proportional so that the transaction discount or other costs will change if the amount of the returned item is reduced or increased.
In addition, discounts on goods and taxes also follow previous transactions. So, the cashier only adds or subtracts the items you want to return without calculating again.
For transactions where the customer is originally a Pelanggan Umum when returning, you will be required to choose the customer’s name so that the transaction is recorded.
Returns at Jubelio POS use 2 channels, namely Kas and Store Kredit.
- Kas → The cashier will return cash to the customer who made a return.
- Store Kredit→ Unpaid value of all Sales Returns in Jubelio. So, this unpaid return is a debt owed by the seller to his customer.
So, the total of the Transaksi Retur will be stored as credit which the customer can use to make payment on the next transaction.
- Click the Transaksi menu -> click Penjualan.
- Find and select the transaction you want to return on the Penjualan.
- On the right side of the screen, click Retur.
- Pelanggan pop-up will appear. Select the customer who wants to a return.

- If you previously purchased on behalf of a Pelanggan Umum, you must select a customer first.
- After that, a list will appear containing the items in the previous transaction.
- Click on the number of items to increase or decrease the items you want to return.
- Click Retur.

- If you gave a discount on goods in the previous transaction, the transaction discount and other costs from the previous transaction will be calculated proportionally.
- If the promo gets a free item when you return, there will be no option to return the item.
- Choose the Refund method using Tunai or Store Kredit.
- If you choose pengembalian Tunai, you will be refunded in cash. The nominal amount to be returned will appear. Click Tunai.
- Click Selesaikan Transaksi.
- After completing, the return receipt will be printed according to the printer attached to your POS cash register.
- In Jubelio Omnichannel, the Pengambalian Uang tab will be listed in the Tipe column containing Kembali Uang in the Proses Retur sub-menu.
- If you choose to return the Store Kredit, it will be entered into the customer's Store Kredit.
- Click Selesaikan Transaksi.
- After completing, the return receipt will be printed according to the printer attached to your POS cash register.
- In Jubelio Omnichannel, in the submenu Akunting -> Penjualan -> faktur in the Retur tab, there will be Sales Retur.
- If in the previous transaction you gave discounts, transaction discounts, and other fees of earlier transactions, the discount will be calculated proportionally.
- For example, a customer buys 2 items for Rp. 100,000.00 and then gets a transaction discount of Rp. 50,000.00. However, if the customer only returns 1 item, the transaction discount will be IDR 25,000.00.
