If you want to cancel a transaction that has been completed with payment or return, you can cancel the transaction for the following reasons.
- Error Input of goods and quantity.
- Error Input discount or other fees.
- Incorrect payment or return method selected.
The transaction cancellation flow can be seen below.
- Go to the Transaksi menu > Penjualan tab > select a nomor transaksi penjualan.
- On the right, the Detail Order is displayed. Click Batal.
- A cancellation confirmation pop-up will appear. Select Ya, Batalkan.
- Successfully canceled Sales Transactions are marked with Dibatalkan.
- After that, the cashier can make a new transaction accordingly.

- Go to the Transaksi menu > Retur tab > select the nomor transaksi retur.
- On the right, the Detail Order is displayed. Click Batal.
- A cancellation confirmation pop-up will appear. Select Ya, batalkan.
- Successfully canceled the Dibatalkan notification display indicates return transactions.
- After that, the cashier can make a new transaction accordingly.
Notes
- Transaction cancellations can only be made on transactions on that day (transactions that have not closed the cashier) and only at the cash register.
