POS now comes with the QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard) payment system.
This QRIS uses a QR code as a means of payment to be safer, easier, and faster.
With just one QR code sticker, it can make payments because already integrated with various digital payments.
Why do you need to use QRIS?
The existence of this QRIS benefits you as a Merchant/seller and your customers.

Before using this QRIS, make sure you have done Xendit integration first.
QRIS
QRIS payments can be processed by activating Xendit as a Payment Gateway payment channel.
To be able to activate it, you need to do the following steps.
- Go to the Jubelio Omnichannel Dashboard -> Integrasi menu -> select Pengaturan.
- In the Payment Gateway section -> click Xendit -> enter the account type (tunai/bank/etc.) -> click Sambungkan.
- The e-mail listed is the owner's e-mail.
- All QRIS payments will be created. Invoice payments will be created according to the type of payment selected when activating Xendit.
- If it is connected, it looks like this.
- After that, you can proceed to the Jubelio POS Backoffice Dashboard.

- Click the Pengaturan menu -> Pembayaran -> click Tambah Baru.
- Select QRIS tab -> click Simpan.
- QRIS payments will appear on the list of payments that have been created. After that, click the Print icon.
- Click the QRIS print icon -> select Outlet -> print QRIS according to the cash register.
- Each cash register has its QR code. So, the sticker with QR code A is different from the QR code for machine B, so payments with QRIS at cashier A will only be recorded at cashier A.
The printed QR code sticker can already be used at the cashier to be scanned at the time of payment.
How to apply for payment with QRIS as follows.
- When the payment transaction takes place, the cashier selects the QRIS method.
- The customer scans the barcode and makes a payment.
- Payment is successful, a reference will appear in the column No Ref, and the cashier can complete the transaction process.
- If the payment has been successful, but the reference does not appear, the cashier can still complete the transaction process because the QRIS payment does not have to have a Reference, and the payment has already entered Xendit.
You can claim payments via QRIS that have been listed on Xendit to your bank account. This payment claim process can be done on the Jubelio Omnichannel dashboard on the Akunting menu. The payment claim flow can be seen below.
- Open the Jubelio Omnichannel dashboard on the Akunting menu > Payment Gateway.

- You can view the total funds in Xendit and all transactions in the Dana Sekarang.
- Click Klaim.
- A Klaim Blanace form will appear and enter the required data.

- Consists of Balance, Bank Penerima, No Rek Penerima, Nama Penerima, and Amount.
- After the form is filled in, you click Kirim to get the OTP code sent to the owner's e-mail.

- The e-mail contains the OTP code.

- After receiving the e-mail, you fill in the OTP code in the Kode Verifikasi column, then click Klaim.

- Withdrawals will be created, and a claim request will be sent to Xendit.
- All claims can be checked in the Dana yang Diproses.
- The claim amount cannot be greater than the balance.
- Jubelio provides free claim withdrawals with a maximum of 5 claims per month. More than that will be subject to a fee of IDR 5,500 per claim.
- The minimum claimed fund is IDR 10,000.00.
- A verification e-mail is sent to the e-mail owner by default. However, if the currently logged-in user has Payment Gateway: Klaim access rights, a verification e-mail is sent to the user's e-mail.[/su_box]
