After you know about Add POS Outlet Location, you need to set POS User Access Rights.
POS consists of 2 parts that require access when used, those are Backoffice for owners as an administrators and POS Cash Register for cashiers.
This User Access Right allows users assigned to Backoffice and POS Cashiers to carry out activities according to their roles. Therefore, before you can use it, let’s follow the flow of setting up the POS user access rights!
The flow of Settings for Adding POS User Access Rights
- Go to Pengaturan menu -> Perusahaan -> Pengguna.
- Click Tambah Baru.
- Fill in the Pengguna form, including Email, Nama Pengguna, Password, Peran Pengguna, dan Lokasi Pengguna who will be given POS access.
- Then, in the column of Hak Akses -> POS, fill in the access rights.
- To access POS Cashier, select Sales: All Access.
- To access the price checker device, select Sales: Price Checker.
- To be able to access Backoffice, select the one starting with Backoffice: ….
- Once filled in, click Simpan.
- With that, the user’s permissions have been created.
