As a user of the Jubelio Store integrated with the Jubelio Omnichannel, you already know its advantage is that all items and inventory are integrated.
If you’ve already imported products, you don’t have to bother to change your product categories one by one, as you do when making items without or with variants.
You can immediately create a new category and directly embed it in the goods/products you sell.
Come on, see and follow the steps!
- Click Products menu -> select Categories.
- Fill in the Add New Category, including name (name), slug, and thumbnail (category image). After that, click Add New Category.
- Slug if it consists of 2 words or more, put a dash “-” between the words. For example, new-catalog.
- If the created category is a subcategory, you should select its parent in the Parent Category column.
- Display of subcategories preceded by a dash.
- Display Categories on the Jubelio Store site page.
After a category created successfully, you can add existing products to that category.
- Click the All Products submenu.
- Sort/select the product as a whole by clicking the check box next to the name column.
- Change the Bulk Action to Edit -> click Apply.
- In the Product Categories section, check the column according to the selected category and/or subcategory. Then, click Update.
- Next, products updated according to categories and / or subcategories.
Changes may occur when you manage the product. For example, Insert product X into a different category than the previous one.
You can remove the product from the original category. However, you can only do this one by one, unlike when you put products into categories.
- Click Quick Edit on the product you want to delete from the category.
- In the Products Category section, click uncheck the previous category. After that, click Update.
- Product category updated.
