Hello, Pebisnis!
As a user of a WooCommerce-based web store (including the Jubelio Store) integrated into the Jubelio Omnichannel, when an order enters the webstore, you can process the order through the Jubelio Omnichannel dashboard.
Every stage of order processing carried out at Jubelio Omnichannel will participate in changing the order status on the web store’s dashboard. This status serves as information regarding the stages of processing the order.
In WooCommerce-based web stores, by default, there are several types of status, namely:
On hold – This status will be displayed while the order is still waiting for payment from a manual bank transfer.
Pending payment – This status will be displayed while the order is still waiting for payment from the virtual account.
Processing – This status will be displayed when the order is in the ready-to-process, in-process, and ready-to-ship stages.
Completed – This status will be displayed when the order has been processed and has been shipped.
Canceled – This status will be displayed when the order has been canceled by the admin or customer.
Refund – This status will be displayed when the order has been returned by the admin.
Failed – This status will be displayed when the payment failed or is declined (unpaid).
If you use Jubelio with the warehouse feature, you need to add one step in order processing, namely shipped status. The shipped status is the status that is displayed when the order in the Warehouse has been taken or the receipt number has been inputted.
This has an effect because the order processing stages in the warehouse are divided into picking, packing, and shipping. If the Pebisnis does not set the status of the order shipped, the order that has been taken by receipt or has filled in the receipt number on the Jubelio Omnichannel will be read as completed in WooComerce. So that orders at the Jubelio warehouse feature will go through the packaging and delivery process.
With the status shipped, the order fulfillment process in the warehouse can be carried out until delivery. In addition, the order status in WooCommerce will change to completed when the businessman has clicked Buat Jadi Selesai.
To overcome the difference in status in the order processing stage, business people need to install a special plugin, namely Jubelio Shipped Order Status Order, and Activate the “Shipped” Order Status.
The steps for installing the Jubelio Shipped Order Status Order plugin can be done as follows:
