Jubelio services may change from time to time based on impressions & suggestions from users. These terms are not intended to answer every question or address every problem that may arise from using Jubelio’s services.

Conditions

  1. Use of Software

    Jubelio gives you the right to access and use Jubelio Services through our Website with a user role that has been defined for you, according to the type of service you choose. These rights are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited by and contingent on this agreement. You acknowledge and agree, subject to any written agreement in force between Customer and Invited User or other applicable law:

    1. It is the Customer’s responsibility men to determine who has access as an Invited User and the types of roles and rights they have to access the types of data you have.
    2. that the Customer’s responsibility for all uses of the Service by the Invited User.

  1. Availability of Our Services

Service: Our service has a guaranteed 90% uptime minimum monthly. If our service falls below 90% uptime, then our customer is entitled to file a report and get compensated. Product Support: Our Product Support services are available through 3 media:

Chats and emails received outside of business hours will be replied to via email within 24 hours.

  1. Obligations

    1. Payment Obligations – An invoice for the Access Fee will be generated every month, starting one month from the date you start subscribing to the Jubelio Service. All invoices will contain the Access Fee for the previous one-month usage period. Jubelio will continue to bill you every month until this agreement is terminated by clause 8. All invoices from Jubelio will be sent to you, or to the billing contact you have provided, via email. You must make payment for the entire amount stated on your bill before the due date for the bill, which must be paid in full 7 days from the time the invoice is sent by Jubelio. You are responsible for payment of all taxes and duties added to the Access Fee. You are also required to keep proof of the transaction. If the service is interrupted before payment is made, we will activate the service within 2 working days.
    2. General Obligations – You must ensure that you only use the Services and the Website for your internal business purposes that are true and lawful, with the Terms and Conditions and notices announced by Jubelio or the conditions listed on the Website. You may use the Services and the Website on behalf of other people or entities, or to provide services to them, but you must ensure that you are authorized to do so, and all parties who receive the Services through you fulfill and agree to all of the terms in this Agreement that apply to you.     3. Access Terms – You must ensure that all usernames and passwords required to access Jubelio Services are stored securely and confidentially. Communication Terms As a condition of these Terms, if you use any communication tools available through the Website (such as any forum or chat room), you agree to use those communication tools only for lawful purposes.   1. Intellectual Property

Ownership and all Intellectual Property Rights obtained in the Service, Website, and any documentation related to the Service remain the property of Jubelio. Ownership and all Intellectual Property Rights contained in the Data remain your property. However, access to your Data is subject to payment of the Jubelio Access Fee when the bill is due.

You permit Jubelio to use, copy, send store, and back up your information and Data with the intent and purpose of giving you access to and to be able to use Jubelio Services, or for other purposes related to providing our services for You.

You are strongly advised to keep a copy of all the data you enter into the Jubelio Service. Jubelio complies with policies and follows the best procedures to prevent data loss, including daily system routines for backing up data, but makes no guarantees that there will never be data loss. Jubelio expressly disclaims responsibility for any loss of Data for any reason.

  1. Guarantee and Recognition

    1. You warrant that, if you register to use the Services on behalf of another person, you have the authority to agree to these Terms on that person’s behalf, and agree that by registering to use the Jubelio Service, you are binding the person you are on behalf of to, or with the intention to, take action on their behalf for any obligations that you have agreed to in these Terms, without limiting your obligations to their terms.

Jubelio is in no way responsible for such interference, or the prevention of access to the use of the Service.
      5. Jubelio is not your accountant, and use of the Service does not constitute acceptance of accounting advice. If you have an accounting question, please contact an accountant.
      6. It is your responsibility to determine that our Services meet your business needs and can be used for their intended purpose.
      7. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable accounting, taxation, and other laws. It is your responsibility to check that the storage of and access to your Data through the Services and the Website complies with the laws that apply to you (including any laws that require you to keep records).
    1. Jubelio makes no warranties for its Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Jubelio does not warrant that our Services will meet your needs, or that they will be suitable for your intended purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, all conditions or warranties to be construed are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law, including (without limitation) warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.
    2. You warrant and represent that you are acquiring the right to access and use the Services for business purposes and that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, consumer warranties under law or legislation intended to protect non-business consumers in any jurisdiction do not applies to the provision of the Services, Website or these terms.

  1. Limitation of Liability

    1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jubelio excludes all liability and responsibility to you (or any other person) in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, for any loss (including loss of information, data, profits, and savings) or damage resulting, directly or indirectly, from any use of, or reliance on, the Service or the Website.
    2. If you suffer any loss or damage due to Jubelio’s negligence or failure to comply with these conditions, any claim by you to Jubelio arising out of Jubelio’s negligence or failure will be limited to one event, or a series of connected events, to the Access Fees that You have repaid in the previous 12 months. If you are dissatisfied with its Services, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate this provision by clause 8.

  1. Termination of Contract

    1. Trial Period Policy: When you first register to access the Service, you can evaluate the Service under the terms of a pre-defined trial period, without any obligation to continue using the Service. If you choose to continue using the Service after the trial period is over, you will be billed from the same day you enter your billing information. If you choose to stop using its Services, you can delete your organization.
    2. Jubelio does not provide refunds for the remaining prepaid period on your Access Fee subscription.
    3. These Terms will apply for the period covered by the Access Fee that has been or can be paid in clause 3 paragraph 1. At the end of each billing period, these Terms will automatically continue for the next period for the same period, provided you continue to pay Access Fees that have been determined when due unless either party terminates these Terms with notification to the other party at least 30 days before the end of the relevant payment period.
    4. Violation
      1. If you violate any of these Terms (including, but not limited to, not paying any Access Fees) and do not resolve the violation issue within 14 days of receiving notification of the violation if the violation issue can be resolved.
      2. If you violate any of these Terms and that breach cannot be resolved (including, but not limited to) any breach of article 3 paragraph 4 or failure to pay the Access Fee that is past due more than 30 days.
      3. If you or your business goes bankrupt, or is in the process of ending the organization’s existence, Jubelio may take any or all of the following actions:
        1. Terminate this Agreement and your use of our Services and Website.
        2. Suspend your access to the Jubelio Services and Website for an indefinite period.
        3. Suspend access or terminate access to all Data or any Data.
      4. Termination of this provision does not reduce the rights and obligations of the parties that must be paid up to the date of termination. Upon termination of this Agreement you will continue to bear accrued fees and amounts due for payment before or after termination, and immediately stop using our Services and Website.

  1. Other General Provisions

    1. These Terms and Conditions, together with Jubelio’s Privacy Policy and the provisions of any notices or instructions provided to you under these Terms and Conditions supersede and delete all prior agreements, representations (both oral and written), and understandings, and constitute the entire agreement between You and Jubelio relating to the Service and other matters discussed in these Terms.
    2. If either party waives claims for any breach of these Terms, this will not relieve them of any other breach of claims. Disclaimer from prosecution is not effective unless made in writing.
    3. The parties shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing their obligations under these Terms if the delay or failure is due to any cause beyond their control. This paragraph does not apply to any obligation to pay money.
    4. You may not assign or transfer rights to another person without Jubelio’s written consent.
    5. If there is a dispute between the two parties, it will be tried to be resolved by deliberation first to reach a consensus. If in this way an agreement is not reached, then both parties agree to resolve the issue through a legal procedure by choosing the legal position of the Republic of Indonesia at the West Jakarta District Court.
    6. Any notice given under these Terms by one party to the other must be in writing by email and will be deemed to have been given at the time of transmission. Notices to Jubelio must be sent to [email protected] or any other email address notified to you by Jubelio. Notifications to you will be sent to the email address you provided when establishing your access to our Services.
    7. A subscription is a recurring payment that is paid in advance to consume accounting application services provided by jubelio.com. After the subscription has been purchased, you can cancel it at any time without additional fees except those already paid for. Cancellation takes up to 31 days before it becomes effective.
